ABOUT ME
I help families, personal representative, heirs, and attorneys manage the real side of probate, inherited property, and estate related home sales throughout the Central Florida / Orlando Metro area.
Probate real estate often involves more than a standard listing. inherited homes may have deferred maintenance, vacancy concerns, personal belongings, family disagreements, out of area heirs, insurance issues code concerns, or uncertainty about whether to repair, clean out, sell as-si, or list traditionally. My role is to help organize the real estate process, explain practical options, and provide a clear path forward.
My approach is practical, professional, and no-pressure. I do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, but I work alongside attorneys and other professional advisors to help address the real estate details that can affect timing, value, risk, and sale strategy.
My construction and property condition experience helps families evaluate what may and may not be worth addressing before a sale.

My background in construction, home inspection, senior housing transitions, and real estate brokerage allows me to help with properties in many different conditions - including homes with deferred maintenance, clutter, hoarding conditions, or other complications.
